Sometimes the camera shows one bad joint or a single cracked length in a pipe that’s otherwise in good shape. A spot — or point — repair fixes just that section: a resin-saturated liner is positioned over the defect and cured in place, bonding a short structural sleeve inside the host pipe. No full reline, no trench.
When it’s not the right fit: If the camera shows damage in several places or a pipe that’s failing along its length, patching one spot just defers the problem. In that case a full CIPP liner or replacement is the better value — and we’ll show you why on the footage.
