CIPP Pipe Lining in Phoenix

CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) lining is the workhorse of trenchless repair. We pull a resin-saturated liner through your existing line via a cleanout, inflate it tight against the old pipe wall, and cure it into a hard, jointless pipe-within-a-pipe. The result reuses your pipe’s path but gives you a smooth new interior engineered to last decades.

How it works

Every CIPP job we run follows the same disciplined sequence — this is where “doing it right” is earned:

• Inspect & locate. CCTV camera maps the line and every branch (lateral) before we design the liner.
• Clean & descale. Hydro-jetting and mechanical descaling remove roots, scale, and debris — a liner only bonds to a clean pipe (ASTM F1216 §7).
• Measure & wet-out. The felt or fiberglass liner is saturated with epoxy resin (vacuum-impregnated, no dry spots).
• Insert & inflate. The liner is inverted or pulled in and pressed tight to the host pipe.
• Cure. Hot water, steam, or UV/LED light cures the resin — monitored at both ends.
• Reinstate laterals. Branch connections are re-opened robotically to 90–95% of original area (NASSCO spec).
• Verify. A post-CCTV pass confirms a smooth, defect-free liner — and you get the footage.

When lining is the right call

• Tree-root intrusion at cracked joints
• Corroded or cracking cast iron and clay lines
• Pipes that are structurally sound but leaking or rough
• Lines under a slab or mature landscaping you don’t want disturbed
• Long runs where digging would be hugely disruptive
