Pipe Bursting in Phoenix

When a sewer line is collapsed, badly back-pitched, or simply too far gone to line, pipe bursting replaces it end to end — without digging a trench down the whole run. A bursting head is pulled through the old pipe, fracturing it outward while drawing a brand-new seamless HDPE pipe into its place.

How it works

• Camera & locate. We confirm the line is a bursting candidate and mark the path and depth.
• Access pits. Two small pits — one at each end — instead of a continuous trench.
• Burst & pull. A winch draws the bursting head through, shattering the old pipe and pulling in new HDPE behind it.
• Verify. A final camera pass confirms grade, flow, and a continuous joint-free line.
